What’s Included in the Standard Installation

Our standard residential Zappi installation includes:

• Dedicated RCBO protection device installed in your existing switchboard

• Up to 15 metres of appropriately sized cable run

• Wall mounting of the Zappi charger at your preferred location, subject to site assessment

• Configuration and setup of charging modes

• Full testing and compliance certification

Single Phase or Three Phase Options

We install both single phase and three phase Zappi chargers.

If your property has three phase power available, we can configure your charger for faster charging speeds. If you are unsure what supply your home has, your installer will confirm during the site assessment.

Installation Process

1. Enquiry & Allocation
   After purchase, you are connected with a certified local installer.

2. Site Assessment
   An inspection is arranged to confirm cable route, switchboard capacity and charger location.

3. Installation
   Installation is typically completed within 5 business days once confirmed.

4. Testing & Handover
   The system is fully tested and demonstrated before completion.

If additional works are required beyond the standard scope, you will receive a clear quote before proceeding.

What Is Not Included

The standard installation does not include:

• Switchboard upgrades

• Network upgrade from single to three phase

• Cable runs exceeding 15 metres

• Trenching or complex civil works

• Apartment or multi-dwelling infrastructure upgrades

Apartment installations and multi-purpose developments often require additional custom works. These will always be quoted prior to approval.
